MicroMedia, developed for nano-level grinding and dispersion, is a wet bead mill that achieves high efficiency and high cooling through its unique structure. It enables grinding and dispersion below 50 nanometers, which was difficult with conventional mills (bead diameter of 0.3 mm), and allows for circulation operation at high flow rates using extremely small beads. Additionally, it suppresses metal contamination with ceramic components.
